First issue in today’s show was about fear. Phyllis and Lauen are afraid of Daisy Carter which they rationally know is wrong because Daisy Carter’s dead. Yet as it is written above Lauren notes that the Carter’s “have an amazing ability to raise themselves back up from the dead.”. Billy Abbott the fourth puts it into that conversation by saying, “You can choose to live your life *in irrational fear* – I’m going to just my life.”
Paul Williams is still under suspicion for killing his own son which is a deep father-son issue. Detective Ronan Malloy, NSA,FBI got Paul Williams, GCPD to admit that perhaps he was confessing because he knew that Paul was about to shoot him.

The overriding question in the show is: is there any good to worry about a fear that probably will not manifest itself because it’s only possible in the abstract?

On a happy note,  Adam Wilson Newman became happily engaged to Chelsea Lawson.  They are about Genoa City house hunting, with a Newman range of money to buy the house which means no house is too expensive.

However while Chelsea’s mother Anita is out for the Newman money, Chelsea, Adams future wife does not care about the money she cares about Victor Newman, Junior a.k.a. Adam Wilson Newman.
