More outstanding performances by Annika Noelle as Hope and Jacqueline MacInnes Wood as Hope and Steffy, respectively, as they try to handle what Ms. Forrester calls “the biggest crisis in my life” highlight the February 8, 2021 episode.
The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless as shown eight years ago to this ver day, in regard to intactions among the families, companies and business were noted as shown.
What I find most interesting is who is on the show and who isn’t. And why they are still here or absent from our favorite daytime dramas.
My prediction, by the way, even though an underdog by 3 1/2 points, is Bucs over Chiefs, as published 5 PM on the day before the “big game.”
Friday’s episode features Annika Noelle as Hope Logan.
The [original] Hope, Kimberlay Matula left the program. The shoes to fill were unique and well known to fans of the show. In other words not enviable.
This version of Hope in Annika resonates with me insofar as her bold, silent-when-needed poise and strength. My bet is that she was an excellent actress who has gotten much better while on the show working with the best in the business.
Nothing blinds the logical mid like love. Nothing makes us fear as much as responsibility.
In Monday’s episode, Carter Walton, a man who could use the truth to better evaluate his fairy-tale idea of a love-situation, cannot handle the truth, or rather, the state of infatuation in which one does not even wat to hear the truth – though it is right in front of one’s face. The truth was also on Zoe’s face, but can Carter see it? Does he want to listen to his best friend, Ridge?
Haven’t you ever been so infatuated that you didn’t ackowledge a truth staring right back at you?
In the other major storyline, Hope, Liam, Finn all want to know more than Steffy the truth about Steffy. Thanks to new technology and persevering style of Steffy, Dr. Campbell will be able to tell the truth to the foursome, after which we wiill see who can “handle the truth.”
I watched in Spanish today on Verizon at a friend’s house. I especially commend the voices who play Ridge, Zende and Zoe.
Again thanks to all at the Bold and the Beautiful for creating a timeless parallel reality.
